DIY Remedy for Ingrown Hairs


Have you ever had an ingrown hair? Well, we have, and they can be quite annoying.

Ingrown hairs happen when the follicle grown back into the skin, and not the surface.

They are quit commonly found after you have shaved or gotten a wax.

They are usually painful and cause little red bumps which can lower your self esteem.

The easiest way to remove an ingrown hair is to mix 2 tbsp. baking soda, with 1 cup warm water and 5 drops of tea tree oil.

Mix together and rub onto the affected areas of your skin.

The tea tree oil helps to reduce inflammation, while the warm water softens your skin. The baking soda gently exfoliates and removes blockage from your pores, allowing the hair follicle to pass easily through the skin/
