Dry Skin Repair
Dry, cracked and itchy hands are really annoying. With the cold weather coming soon, it’s important to keep your hands, feet, elbows and knees moisturized and hydrated.
1 tbsp. Brown Sugar
1/2 tbsp. Almond Oil
1/2 tbsp. Honey
1/2 tbsp. Sea Salt
In a small bowl, mix together sea salt, and brown sugar. Add in almond oil and honey, and any essential oils; mix until pasty.
Before applying mixture, dampen skin with a soft cloth and lukewarm water.
Apply generously to hands, feet, elbows and knees. After 2-3 minutes, rinse with warm water.
Repeat 2-3 times a month.
