Home Remedy for Itchy & Irritated Skin

Itchy skin can be really annoying, especially if you are trying to sleep. We have a very useful home remedy using natural ingredients to help with itchy & irritated skin, from skin rashes, eczema, psoriasis & even poison ivy!

1). Mix 1 cup ground oatmeal with 1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar & 1/3 water.

2). Add 3-5 drops Clove Oil, and 2 tbsp Baking Soda.

3). Combine into a paste and apply to your skin for 15 minutes.

4). Rinse with cool water, then apply a few drops Peppermint oil to skin to help further soothe & relieve the itch.

You can also add cups ground oats to your bath water, add a few drops peppermint & clove oil with 2 tbsp lemon juice and soak yourself in the bath. This works great if you have a skin rash all over your body and is a lot easier while takes less time.
